Our Quality Management System is processed based to focus on management principles that lead our entire organization towards greater customer service, improved performance, and continuous improvement. We are proud to be registered to the ISO 14001:2015 standard.


Simply stated, we take pride in delivering quality products on time to our customers. The QMS guides our efforts as an organization to achieve this goal.
Utilizing PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) reporting and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), our quality personnel are able to certify that the product development process is accurate, parts meet your specifications and the quality requirements of your project are achieved.
Working with your 2D or 3D CAD designs, TCPL can often combine several individual parts into a single mold which will reduce your final tooling costs and improve production times.
In most product development projects, TCPL will produce a prototype (or throw away) tooling in-house, in order to produce a few parts for evaluation purposes. These single-use type tools are an effective way to test your parts before committing to the final, aluminum production tool costs.
After the prototypes are approved, TCPL’s engineers will create a casting pattern directly from your approved prototypes to ensure that the final aluminum casting is accurate to any CAD/3D approved models.
Advanced TCPL partners with an industry leading aluminum casting company to produce all of our final toolings. As a result, customers experience a very fast delivery on the entire tooling process.
